Chicken Saute

Chicken Saute

This recipe is extremely quick to make and will taste like it has been cooking for hours.

Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry

2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
3 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chicken broth

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add broccoli and red pepper. Saute for just a couple of minutes to heat through.

Add chicken broth.

Stir in chicken, Worcestershire Sauce, ginger, salt, and garlic powder.

Simmer for 5 minutes. Broccoli and red pepper should be tender crisp, not soft.

Dissolve cornstarch in water, then stir into the other ingredients. Heat only for a few seconds as sauce will thicken quickly.

Take off heat and serve.

Serves 4.
