Control Slugs With Spice

Slugs are a nuisance in vegetable and flower gardens. Keep them out with a common spice from the kitchen spice rack.

If beer traps, diatomaceous earth, and copper barriers have failed to keep the slugs away from your plants, try some spice. Don’t resort to dangerous chemicals.

Sprinkle powdered ginger around plants that you want to protect.

There are many simple, inexpensive, organic methods that can be used to keep your flowers and veggies safe from slugs.
