This burger uses cornflakes as a mixed in ingredient as compared to usually being a coating ingredient. It’s different, easy, and delicious.
Hamburger with Cornflakes
1 lb ground beef
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine ingredients. Form into 4 patties.
Bake on sheet pan for 25 minutes.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, cheese, or any other favorite toppings.
