Yeast-free Easy Bread

Here is an extremely easy yeast-free bread to make quickly. In about 90 minutes this loaf of bread can be mixed, baked, and served!

One bowl. One mixing spoon. One baking pan.

No kneading. No proofing of yeast. No waiting for dough to rise.

Yeast-free Easy Bread

4 cups flour
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. It will be a thick batter.

Grease a 9 x 5-inch bread pan.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife entered into center of loaf comes out clean.

Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack before wrapping and storing.
